These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of MyResumeVault (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the Service.
MyResumeVault is a free, browser-based tool for creating, previewing, and exporting a resume. No account or payment is required to use any feature of the Service.
You retain full ownership of any content you enter into the Service, including your resume text, profile picture, and exported files. Because the Service processes everything locally in your browser and does not transmit your resume content to a server, we have no access to, and claim no rights in, anything you create using it.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you include in your resume — the Service is a formatting and export tool, not a source of career, legal, or professional advice.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every applicant tracking system or employer's requirements, and we make no guarantee about employment outcomes resulting from its use.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service, including any loss of data that was never transmitted to or stored by us in the first place.
We may update the Service or these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where the Service operator is based, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
