About

A resume builder built the way resume builders should have been all along.

We built this because most "free" resume builders aren't really free, or aren't really private. You fill in your name, your work history, your phone number — and somewhere behind the scenes, it's uploaded to a server, stored in a database, and often used to justify an eventual paywall or an inbox full of marketing email. This tool takes the opposite approach: no account, no server, and no catch.

How it works

MyResumeVault runs entirely in your browser. There's no backend processing your resume, no database storing your information, and no login standing between you and the tool. Fill in your experience, education, and skills, choose from five templates, and watch the preview update instantly — all of it happening locally, on your device. When you're done, export a polished PDF, or download your entire resume as a portable JSON file you can re-import later, on any device, without ever creating an account.

Why we built it this way

Job hunting is stressful enough without wondering what happens to your personal information after you type it into a form. We think a resume builder shouldn't need your email address to let you download a PDF, and it definitely shouldn't need to phone home with your work history to function. So it doesn't. Everything about this tool is designed around one rule: if it doesn't need to leave your browser, it never will.

Who it's for

This tool is for anyone who wants a clean, professional resume without signing up for another account, waiting on a trial, or wondering where their data ends up. Whether you're applying for your first job or your tenth, it's built to get out of your way and let you focus on the resume itself.
